I just saw a couple of these on Detroit Guitar’s website. This is the only website I’ve seen them on. To me they’re like Epiphones Inspired By Gibson line? Pro-line Filter Trons, better construction and woods, electronics probably still aren’t great but… anyway they’re doing the Falcon in this range.

Gretsch cheapos have been pretty good with only the very cheapest to be avoided. These are probably going to be ok. Makes Duesenberg even more pointless.

I love my Electromatic G5422TG. Admittedly, I need to take it in and have a new nut cut on it because the stock one is a little high. I’ve just dealt with it for 6 years and modified my playing of cowboy chords especially on the G string. I could always snag a file and hit it with a couple light passes in the meantime. But I do plan on taking it in to have a setup on it and I prefer unbleached bone nuts to anything out there so I think this would benefit. The stock blacktop filters have been more than fine.

But this fills a nice gap between the Electromatic and Pro lines. Do a Jet and a Centerblock like this and I’m all in.

…right after I looked at the “What are you GASsing for?” thread title and saying to myself “nothing right now”:LOL:

FMIC is killing it the past 5 to 10 years. They have truly resurrected so many brands
under their leadership. It's amazing.

They are like everything Gibson wishes it was, and could be. Mad respect for the
leadership there. :beer
