Thanks to a cool dude bro of mine, I traded my Mezzabarba Nirvana for a JP2C rack head.

The Mezza was dope but I never really use it since getting the MZero OD. He was really wanting the metal modded preamp as he had one previously and sold it so this was kismet as I’ve wanted a JP as well since they launched.

Now to wait the patented Jer 2-week standard wait time to even bother opening it! Lol.

Yeah the plug placement is straight up stupid on all the modern Mark amps. If you look at the gut pics, e.g the Mark V:35 would easily fit the IEC plug in the back but nope, same BS.

If they swapped the fuse holder and IEC jack placement, they could easily fit the IEC jack in the back on the VII. How often do people change fuses on their amps compared to plugging them in?

I've never had to swap a fuse, and most people don't carry one with them to save their amp in the middle of a gig. They switch to a backup rig.

Even on the Mark V:90, where the channel/loop assign rotaries are pretty huge, they could probably cram the IEC plug in the back by swapping the fuse holder position.
