My mom had back surgery

she got out of rehab this morning, I’m staying the night with her just in case.

Didn’t realize how many guitars I’d stored here over the years lol

Found this custom LP I’d commissioned from a buddy years back:

Was nice to see/play it again. I’ve moved on past LPs but this was my main guitar for 9+ years and it felt like home.

Anyway, nostalgia tonight fellas, that’s all.

She’s doing fantastic; walking better faster than she has in 10+ years, aside from the momentary discomfort I’m really glad she had this surgery.

Also like you said, excellent to see an old friend. Hadn’t realized how much I missed playing this guitar.
