Anyone experiencing clicks and pop noises with GE1000Li? Tried with all the outputs, energy schemes and amplifiers. It does seem to come from the processor. It comes and disappears randomly, but it is very frequent. Annoying... preventing live performances. Apparently, it came with Firmware 3.0 update, althought I tried to revert to 2.5 and it did not fix the issue. Thanks!

Oh nay... My old Preamp Live did this a few years ago, and died during a studio session a month later (really nice when your first impression on the engineer is a bricked device, and you're like "but it worked just fine at home").
It was a cool thing while it lasted, I liked their approach to EQ matching and had done a few nice profiles of my L5 and Evil Twin that sounded close enough to use without thinking twice.
Hence, I wouldn't trust any digital Mooer unit, tbh.

I can't help, I'm just interested in what happened.
Not at all @wgowwgo .... Tried to email "support@mooeraudio.com" <support@mooeraudio.com> a couple of times. I never got an answer from this company. Not a good company to trust.

It's very possible their offices were closed due to Chinese New Year.
I sent a message to Hotone during Lunar New Year and they responded a couple of days ago.
Can you send it back and get a refund?
Imported in Brasil, from China. Barely impossible to return / refund....
