I like this recent release from him. Get's a little more rocking in the second lead break- with the shreddy bass fingerings and tapping. He's got Vai's attention. IIRC, Matteo has a clinic at Vai's upcoming events.

Another upcoming talent I found recently. Max Ostro. (Ostrumov) - Russian. Fusiony shred young man.

I think he's about 17 or 18 in these clips. He has a geeky-sarcastic sense of humor as can be seen in the first video.

Insane legato player. Think Tom Quayle mixed with Rick Graham and Paul Gilbert.
