LP Toggle Wired To Act Like An ON OFF ON Kill Switch

Wiring help needed. I have a 1 humbucker, 1 Vol, LP three way toggle to wire as ON OFF ON like a kill switch. Problem right now is it is but even middle position there IS a signal and I don’t want one in middle position. There is no neck pickup so “up” on the switch has no signal/sound. Is there a way to have the middle grounded out etc so there is no signal/sound just like the up position? A diagram?

Hmmmmm,

On-off-on would require a different switch I believe.

You could wire a ground to the neck position on the switch so it is on-off-off if that works for you.
