In-Line Level Meter?

Hi all,
is anyone aware of an in-line level meter (in stomp pedal form factor?) that can be placed anywhere in the signal chain to provide an accurate measure of signal strength/level in both instrument and line level?

Hey Metropolis 4, many thanks for the suggestion. This is definitely in the ball park of what I am after. They sell now through Etsy, but "Joyemusic is taking a short break" from Etsy.

Great looking unit, but they are pretty pricey (USD 200).
