I meant which guitar player most represented guitar playing of the decade. Or maybe who was the most important, or greatest of that decade

Well. For me, yes, those names.

But 90s need Kurt Cobain. In 2000 - 2010 we are looking Lenny Kravitz. In 2010 - 2020 we are looking at John Mayer.
