I got an email from photo bucket about closing my account and had forgotten I used to use that to share gear photos back in the day. So I downloaded all of them.

Looking through these is quite a trip down memory lane!

This Bad Cat was my favorite amp of all time. I used to run these two in stereo

My Squier Tele Custom with DiMarzios with my Super Reverb:

I got this Epi for $75 at a GC event and after a little work it was a really fun guitar! I gigged that thing a lot. I had a couple Cyber Twins at different points. Always wanted to like them more than I did

I used to love Pro Juniors. I had a bunch of them over the years. I often ran one in stereo with that Bad Cat. My Strat with its Air Norton bridge in the background.

This Ibanez was such an awesome guitar! I have no idea what it was or what the pickups were, I found it at a pawn shop. I’ve never seen another one like it and I always kick myself for selling it

And that’s my beloved AC30hw2 in the background. Second favorite amp I ever owned

A few more guitars. That Deluxe Strat was a backup to my MIM. That Ibanez as was supposed to be a new main gigging guitar for me, but we never really bonded.

Lastly, my Strat in one of its various phases along with my Highway 1 Tele that was my main workhorse for many years in country bands. I loved that thing so much and was so sad when it died

That AC30 in the background was the one that made me fall in love with Vox amps. A guy I knew told me to come over and check something out he thought I would like, and it was this amp. I was blown away, I immediately had a new direction in gear life. Later he sold it to me and I used it a long long time.

Pedalboards up next…

Some of my past pedalboards. I didn’t believe in buying an actual board, I went to Home Depot and bought a wood shelf then cut it down to the lengths I needed anytime I needed a new board.

A lot of my boards were just a boost and a delay. I used to build a lot of pedals. I think this one was an LPB

I loved the Whammy and the Space Station!!

I was also a big EHX fan. I miss the Ring Thing!

This was a board I used a lot!

I used to play P&W at churches and always liked to use weird non-typical pedalboards when I did so.

Here are a couple of my old church boards :rofl

I loved these Line 6 pedals! I can’t even remember what that double pedal is…

Big group shot when things were getting out of hand :rofl

The orange one at the top is a phaser, the bottom row are an octave fuzz, a tone bender, a germanium fuzz face, and a silicon fuzz face.

I was a huge fuzz fan! Here were a few of my big muffs together. I had several others

The Ibby, the Strat and the Andy Summers looking tele are especially :love

I loved that Tele. I have pics of my daughter playing with it when she was a baby, and I played some of my earliest theater shows with it. Of course I sold it like an idiot :facepalm

It’s hard to see but that Ibby had some sort of humbucker in the bridge. I always meant to pull the pickguard off and see what it was

I've always wanted one. Oof. Time to source one again for you?
I can’t even tell you guys how much this is making me want to go back to tube amps and pedalboards.

Here’s one last rig pic from when it all went downhill. This was the beginning of the end :rofl

These "footswitches" are gross :bag :ROFLMAO:

These "footswitches" are gross :bag :ROFLMAO:

I had a friend at the time who was a DJ. He introduced me to Keith McMillan and Native Instruments. At the time I was obviously very influenced by him :ROFLMAO:

Yeah, I always told people how awesome it was that the footswitches had pressure, x-axis, and y-axis sensors so you could do all sorts of cool stuff with one switch! But in reality it never worked very well trying to do that stuff live, so it just became a standard footswitch that you couldn’t tell when you’d hit the switch :ROFLMAO:

Here’s a couple more pics of the Tele

I couldn’t decide whether to give that a laugh or 100% reaction. That is literally me at this minute :ROFLMAO:

Great pictures!

I never had many rigs that were worth remembering. Maybe a couple guitars.

I had a few more amps I wish I had some pics of, I wish I had taken more over the years. I’d love to have some pics of my Matchless and my Hullett

I would love to play that tele thru that Z :love

That amp loved teles :chef

Every time I come across this pic I cry a little bit that it’s no longer mine, but it could also be my back crying in protest, praying I don’t go for it again.
