Stumbled on this yesterday. $199.95 for the mkii.

Yes I grabbed one. Still have my AA3 so perhaps I will compare at some future time to see if the amps are improved.

Perfect backup or small gig solution at that price.

I think the AA3/6/12 amp models still hold up. I'm curious to see what mkii brings to the table.

I wonder if this is a fire sale signaling the end of AA hardware or (hopefully) a way to make room for newer kit.

Guess we will find out in the near future. The helix 3.7 update is a tough act to compete with for smaller companies.

I couldn't resist the price drop. Dollars per feature with excellent sounding modeling it was crime against convenience and tone not too.
