A few people had asked how I finish my pedal enclosures. So I said I'd do a thread when I started my next batch. I'll update this over the next few weeks as I get each one finished and do a rough demo of them all.
This won't be a definitive this is the best way to do it kind of thread. This is just the way I do it that works for me.
Tbh this thread will help keep me on track. I tend to get distracted and leave large gaps in between pedal builds.
I'll go through drilling, decals, epoxy resin, the pcbs, offboard wiring, final assembly and biasing (if it's a fuzz). If there's anything anyone wants to see just ask.
I use powder coated enclosures, self adhesive decals with epoxy resin on top.
I spent this evening getting the next batch prepped for drilling.
From top left we've got
King Of Tone
Klone
Thorpyfx - Tacit Blue
Walrus Audio - Julia
PRS - Horsemeat
Zonk Machine MK1
Tonebender MK1
I'll get them drilled tomorrow ready for decals and epoxy resin on Friday or Saturday.
