I like the doublecut and singlecut but the offset doesn't look right to me.

That inlaid pickguard is a neat touch.

I'm surprised Ocean Turquoise isn't used more on transparent finishes, looks great here.

I do worry it'll be another Eastman model that everyone will rave about in reviews but no one will buy and use... folks, please buy a ton of these so the used prices go down and I can get one

*checks Collings prices* nvm! I guess it fits the niche of like a slightly cheaper Collings/Novos.

They make a big deal about the neck joint design, but not sure if it actually solves anything? Other than an appeal to the mindset of, "oo it's rectangular AND curved, both has gotta be better."

Looking at the amount of very precise CNC-ing activity involved with making these things -- from the neck to neck pocket to the inset pick guard, I get the pricing. But also...

...One of the joys of pick guard guitars is how easy it is to customize the electronics and this design means you've either gotta make your own pick guard or hope that Eastman will sell aftermarket one without pickup routings, but more importantly -- routing out for different pickups will be a real pain with that recessed thing going on.

I like 'em, but yeah, it'd need to be well south of $3k before I'd consider, and would have to already be in love with everything about the guitar at that price.
