Does this exist?

It was three-switch, not one, but I designed something like this 17, 18 years ago. Part of the product pitch that ended up landing me this gig. Note the designator "Command Center," which we ended up using in Helix.

You could manually step through and cycle groups of whatever messages you wanted to send—PC, CC, Notes, SysEx, MMC, clock generation, amp switching, and/or QWERTY hotkeys (which were also added to Helix).

That looks amazing. I wish it existed!

Actually the only thing I’ve found so far that would do what I want is a second Stomp to control the first.

On the Command Center Stomp, each preset could send the PC I need to control the main Stomp and ml5 and then I could use the preset ^\v to cycle through my show order.

That would work perfectly! It seems a little overkill though to use a Stomp needing 1400mA power just to send PC messages

Looks suspiciously similar to the Stomp.
This was many years before they existed, but Showcase Step looks a bit like the BOSS RV-500 to me. Was working at Roland/BOSS US at the time, so maybe it was subconscious on my part? A bunch of early Showcase stuff looked purposely like Roland boxes, because I wanted Roland to make them.
