Cry Baby Minis -- any good?

I need a smaller Cry Baby for a board I am making for my office area. When using the Pedaltrain planner site, it seems a Cry Baby mini would be more board efficient space wise.

I think the CBM95 with 3 way toggle inside the pedal would be the closest to the GCB95F Cry Baby Classic I wanted to put on the board. It has true bypass and the Fasel inductor like the GCB95F.

I'm curious if they are awkward to use being nearly half the size.

Here is a mock up on the Pedaltrain planner site. Not sure which overdrives I would use, but they are mostly there to give an idea of what the board will end up being.

The blank pedal is for my EMG ES-918.

1) matter of taste, but I'd position a full sized wah on the side of the board that's easier to reach with you wah foot (right foot here). Routing might be a PITA, but it's more comfortable that way, imho

2) what size are your feet? That will definitely make a difference. I'm EU 46 (US 10.5, I believe?) and I hate mini expression/wah pedals. They feel weird, even if they're sturdy and of good quality

3) have you considered switchless? Changed my world for the better

9.5, 4E, I believe.

I don't have an issue with the switches.

I use them on both my DI board and on my main board. Took me 5 minutes to adapt to the size and my feet are size 13. I do use the switchless version.

I also have the Morley Maverick and the Bad Horsie 20/20 (mini). They are also great, but different than a Cry baby. I like both equally.

The Morley is about 1.5x bigger than the Crybaby on all sides.
I think the CBM95 would be closest to the Cry Baby I want on the board (Cry Baby Classic), as well as fit the best on the pedalboard. Then I have most of the second row aside from the IR-X free for other things.

I like the Crybaby Junior. Sizewise I think it's somewhere between the full size and Mini Cry Baby. I tried the Mini and it felt a little awkward and it was not as easy to get the precise control with your foot because of the smaller pedal. The Junior felt good though and worked out good.

Just looked it up The full size is 10", the Junior is 8" and the Mini is 5.25".

I have a Cry Baby mini on a really small pedalboard I put together with all mini pedals on it. It works well. It took me a while to figure out how to put my foot on it so it felt right. I discovered that if I put it in the middle of my foot it felt sort of like using the full size pedal. I can operate it with the same motion as the full size pedal that way.

I did not like the mini when I had it. Way too small for me to be comfortable. However, no denying It sounded great but I ended up with the Jr for both of my boards and they work great. I have them on a couple of Metro 20 boards. I just wish it had the same adjustments you have on the mini.
