As a Roland VG lover, I like this Hungarian gizmo. The accuracy is impressive. It is digitally programmable, but the processing is 100% analog

€990 :wat

I can't imagine they're going to sell many of those at that price point, I know I'd pick up a used Classic Vibe Squire and a used MIJ Les Paul for about the same as the system cost well before even considering it.

I'm not opposed to the thing itself; pickups capable of being tweaked by the user. If they did this and modeled a ton of different pickups I'd be more interested because exactly like he says at the end of the vid; different guitars make me play differently and that's a bigger appeal than the sound of them for me.

@FractalAudio could start modeling guitars and pickups

BTW: my experience of playing a Les Paul is unpleasant, even though I like the tone. I prefer playing a super-strat with a LP tone. And I dislike the shape of the Tele :D

Super Strat is definitely the most comfortable for me, but I can’t NOT play them like a Super Strat. I’ll have the bar in my hands nonstop and I’ll take advantage of everything that makes it comfy to zoom around on. Growing up with one there’s a big appeal to put limits in my way to see how I navigate around them…..and Les Pauls are PERFECT for that. :rofl
