Assistance in creating a siren sound on Axe FXIII

Wondering of anybody here can point me towards a way to create the siren sound in this clip (specifically from ~11 seconds through 19 seconds):

This is a transition between two songs ("Billy Porter" and "Angel No9") on Mick Ronson's "Play Don't Worry" solo album from 1975.

Equipment available for such creation:
Axe FXIII MkII Turbo
PRS McCarty594 HBII

If there is a Preset anybody know of that might work, that is fine. If someone can guide me to what blocks to use to create such an effect, even better ;~)) Not looking for an exact match, just something that gets me in the ballpark ;~)) All assistance very much appreciated!

Either a whammy bar or a pitch bend with you foot with delay and some synth
I used to do it in preist breaking the law

Wow, gonna have some fun with those presets! Thanks for pointing me to those (I had searched exchange for siren and got 0 results), it will occupy hours of noodling I am sure!! That is in addition to having a good starting point for a siren to my liking!!! Thanks ;~))

Hey,
I don't have am Axe-FX (so I can't specify the exact block) but I have created a siren sound on a Boss GT-1000 and Headrush Prime.
The pitch I needed was lower but the principle is to use an Auto-Wah (Boss) or a Filter (Headrush) after a distortion. Choose the rate and the frequency (+range e.g HPF/LPF/BPF if this is an option) for your pitch. I'm sure you'll find one of these block in the Fractal.
