So I learned all computer PSUs have this input filter more or less like this: 2 X cap, 2 or 4 Y caps, Common mode choke. Better companies add a DM choke as well
I found this for cheap on aliexpress... couldn't find anywhere else. It's already assembled, they also sell the DIY unit with the PCB
My idea is to use this on a power strip which only has two varistors (MOV) 6 sockets
So power outlet -> Power strip 6 outlets -> Computer, studio monitors and multi effect units -> This EMI chinese filter
Hopefully it will work. I noticed during the day my led bulb flicker and sometimes in the morning there's a high pitch noise, I assume it comes from the output transformer on the street, I live near a military base
Hopefully that will fix this issue

I just opened to take pictures, I after took pics I closed it to avoid something touching the wires inside
